Social equity statement

The Albright will automatically add a fee of 10% to your bill. This fee is not a tip or gratuity and will be used to defray the cost of operation. California state law requires a tax on this fee.

Our restaurant cares about all of our employees and everyone who works here makes above the minimum wage in CA and all eligible employees receive health insurance at no cost to them. We also use a portion of the fee to off set any costs associated with maintaining a clean and safe environment for all employees and guests who wish to enjoy delicious food and great atmosphere on the pier.
